How a rental works

Three steps between you and the shortest way across central Kyiv. Riders must be 18 or older, a passport or national ID is required at check-in, and one rider per vehicle.

  1. Choose your rental period

    Pick 1 hour, 4 hours or 24 hours. Rates are listed in UAH with the refundable 1,000 UAH deposit printed next to them, so the full amount is visible before you decide.

  2. Take the briefing and a helmet

    Every rider gets a five-minute briefing, a free helmet in sizes S to XL, and an eight-item pre-ride check of brakes, tyres, lights and battery. The scooter stays off until the check is signed off.

  3. Return to a marked point

    End the ride at one of five designated return points: Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Khreshchatyk, Podil, Pechersk and Shevchenkivskyi. Park inside the painted zone, lock the vehicle and close the ride in the kiosk app.

Five marked return areas across central Kyiv

End every ride inside a marked area. Distances are measured from the Maidan Nezalezhnosti hub, where you pick up the scooter or e-bike.

Safety instructions

Eight checks before every ride

Safety here is instructions, not promises. A staff member walks the list with you at the stand in Kyiv, then you ride.

  1. Age and identity

    Riders must be 18 or older. A passport or national ID is required at check-in, and the document stays with the rental record until the vehicle is returned.

  2. Helmet on

    A helmet is free of charge in sizes S, M, L and XL. Fasten the strap under the chin before the first metre.

  3. Five-minute briefing

    Throttle, brake, bell and battery gauge are demonstrated on the spot. No briefing, no rental.

  4. Pre-ride check

    Brakes, tyres, lights, bell, throttle, battery level, kickstand and mirrors. Report anything that feels loose and we swap the unit.

  5. Traffic rules apply

    Ride with the flow of traffic, obey signals and give way to pedestrians. Riding on sidewalks is banned where local signs prohibit it.

  6. One rider per vehicle

    No passengers, no towing, no riding two abreast in bike lanes. Keep to cycle lanes in Khreshchatyk and Podil.

  7. Speed and alcohol

    Keep to a walking pace in crowded areas and never ride after drinking. The rental ends immediately if either rule is broken.

  8. Return to a marked point

    Finish at one of the five designated return points. Leaving a vehicle elsewhere adds a relocation fee. See designated return points.

Transparent pricing

Three rental periods, two vehicles, one refundable deposit

Prices are per vehicle in UAH and already include the helmet and the mandatory five-minute briefing. The 1,000 UAH deposit is held once per rental and returned in full when the scooter or e-bike comes back to a designated return point undamaged.

03 Route comparison

Three Kyiv routes, measured honestly

Distances are one-way along the marked pedestrian corridors. Scooter and e-bike times assume a legal 20 km/h cruise with one photo stop. Walking and metro times include normal waiting.
