Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation, refunds, deposit return, no-show and damage charges for scooter and e-bike rentals by valyronix.com, disclosed before you book or pay.

2. Cancellation & refunds

Per Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, we disclose the service, price, rental period, payment, return points, cancellation/refund terms and complaint procedure before booking.

Free cancellation with full refund up to 24 h before start.
Within 24 h: 50% of the rental fee is refunded.
No-show or pick-up more than 30 min late: no rental-fee refund.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days.

3. Deposit, damage, late return

Refundable deposit released within 3 business days after return.
Damage or loss charged at repair/replacement cost, with a written report.
Late return: hourly late fee shown at checkout.
Helmets required; age, height and weight limits apply.

4. Consumer rights & complaints

Per Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 and Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996, you may email a complaint to contact@valyronix.com or apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.

Bookings and analytics process personal data under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3930-IX of 25.04.2024 and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020. Non-essential cookies require prior consent.
