01 Rental request
The request form takes about two minutes. Choose your date, the rental period of 1 hour, 4 hours or 24 hours, the vehicle type, how many scooters or e-bikes you need, and the return point you prefer. The refundable 1,000 UAH deposit is stated next to every period, before you confirm anything.
Dates, period and the number of vehicles. Nothing is charged at this stage.
A reply by phone or email within 30 minutes between 09:00 and 21:00, with the return point and pickup time.
Passport or national ID, the 1,000 UAH deposit, and a mandatory five-minute briefing with a free helmet in sizes S to XL.
Riders must be 18 or older. One rider per vehicle, a passport or national ID is required at check-in, and riding under the influence is not permitted.

Hours & return points
The same opening hours run at all five designated return points in central Kyiv. The last hand-over starts 30 minutes before closing, and a passport or national ID is checked at every hand-over.
Riders must be 18 or older. One rider per scooter, and the free five-minute briefing is given before every departure.
