2. Data We Collect
From booking and contact forms: name, email, phone, payment details, rental dates and return point, and messages. We also collect device identifiers, IP address, and cookie data (see section 5).
3. Legal Basis
We process data based on your consent, to perform a distance rental contract, and to comply with Ukrainian law. Main law: Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3930-IX of 25.04.2024. For distance contracts: Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
4. How We Use Data
To process bookings, provide support, send service updates, improve our site, and with separate consent, send marketing. We do not sell data. We share with payment providers, IT support, and authorities when required by law.

We keep data only as long as needed or required by law. We use technical and organisational measures to protect it.
